Lexmem · Effective: 2026-09-21 · Version 2.0
Lexmem saves words and phrases you capture while reading and brings them back on a spaced repetition schedule until they stick.
# Contact
Write to Ruslan Alimbetov at appteam@exordix.com with any question, bug report or request. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Telling us your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong usually saves a round trip.
# Deleting your data
There is no "delete account" button in the App, and this page will not send you looking for one.
If you never subscribed to Lexmem Plus, there is nothing on our side to delete: your words, schedule and settings live only on your iPhone, and deleting the App removes them. No account is created until you open the Lexmem Plus screen.
If you subscribed, email appteam@exordix.com with the subject "Delete my data". The account holds no name or email address to match you by, so include the App Store transaction identifier of your subscription — Apple shows it in your purchase history and in its receipt emails. We delete the account, its subscription state and any usage counters within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Apple's own record of the purchase belongs to Apple; ask Apple to remove that.
Deleting the account ends the subscription's link to it. Cancel the subscription itself in the Settings app under your Apple Account — deleting data does not stop Apple from billing.
# Subscription help
Manage, cancel or request a refund for Lexmem Plus in the Settings app of your iPhone, under your Apple Account. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us; if a purchase does not appear in the App, open the Lexmem Plus screen and use Restore.
# Documents
The Privacy Policy says exactly what leaves your iPhone and what does not. The Terms of Use cover the subscription and the rules of use.
