This document is complete and names its owner and contact, but it has not been through a legal review yet.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user and the individual Ruslan Alimbetov (hereinafter the "Developer") regarding the use of the Caloryzor app ("App"). Installing and/or using the App constitutes the user's full agreement with the terms of these Terms.

# The service

Caloryzor provides diet analysis, report generation, and recommendations based on data entered by the user. The App is not a medical device and does not replace consultation with a physician or nutritionist.

# Account

Certain App features may require account registration. The user agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

# Subscription and payment

Some App features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions are specified in the App interface and the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play) at the time of purchase.

# Your rights and obligations

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt the App's operation, including reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized access.
Do not share access to your account with third parties.

# Intellectual property

All rights to the App, including source code, design, trademarks, and content, belong to the Developer or its licensors. Use of the App does not grant the user any rights to intellectual property, other than the right to personal, non-commercial use of the App.

# Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted operation of the App and is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the App's recommendations, including matters of health and nutrition.

# Termination

The user may stop using the App and delete their account at any time — see Support. The Developer may restrict or terminate the user's access to the App in case of violation of these Terms.

# Changes to these terms

The Developer may amend these Terms. The current version is always available at this address; previous revisions remain available — see the list at the bottom of this page.
