This document is complete and names its owner and contact, but it has not been through a legal review yet.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes what data is collected and processed by the Caloryzor app ("App", "Service"), developed by an individual — Ruslan Alimbetov (hereinafter the "Operator"), as well as the purposes, methods, and conditions of such processing.

By using the App, the user confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Policy.

# Data we collect

Account data: email address, name (if provided).
Nutrition data: meal photos, text descriptions of the diet, manually entered metrics.
Health and activity data (if access is granted): height, weight, nutrition goals, activity metrics.
Technical data: device type, OS version, app identifiers, usage data (analytics).
Push notification and in-app communication data.

# Purposes of processing

Providing the App's functionality: diet analysis, generating reports and recommendations.
Improving the App's quality and developing new features.
User technical support.
Product communications, including push and email notifications (opt-out available).
Supporting paid subscription and billing.

We may share certain data with infrastructure and analytics providers (e.g., cloud providers, analytics and push-notification services, payment systems) only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services, and under confidentiality agreements with them.

We do not sell users' personal data to third parties.

# Retention and security

Data is stored on servers for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes, or until the user deletes their account. The App takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Withdraw consent to processing.
File a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority.

# Children

The App is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the effective date shown above; previous revisions remain available — see the list at the bottom of this page.
